Hey hey! Are you looking for a girl boss gift guide to pass on to someone as a *hint hint*? Or are you shopping for a fellow girl boss?
I’ve been working from home since I was 23…and became a work at home mom 4 years ago. I’ve worked with a child on my boob (true story), the couch, the kitchen table, and now a proper office desk #finally
Along the way, I’ve come across some awesome tools that have made life as a work at home mom easier.
If you’re a work at home mom, you know the struggle is REAL when it comes to balancing your business with family life AND actually taking care of yourself…so in this gift guide, I’ve included some self-care products I love too.
You’ll be able to give more to others when you take care of yourself first!
Here’s my full list…all the things I LOVE and think they’d make great gifts for the work at home mom!
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Planning Essentials
I live for a good planner! Kidding, kind of! But I’ve gone through a TON of planners…here are the ones that I’ve actually stuck with.
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Health/Fitness Stuff
Did you know that my first business is actually as a health and fitness coach? I lost 80 pounds after I had my son, am featured in a top infomercial, and have literally coached thousands of women to lose weight and ditch the diets. There are a few different ways that you can still work with me in my fitness biz, and you can check them out here.
I included the BEST blender ever on this list because it’s so good for making smoothies, superfood shakes, and even soup! I bought ours in 2010 and it’s STILL amazing. So yes, it’s an investment, but think of all the money I would’ve spent on cheap blenders since 2010! They used to break every year! Also, I included a stability ball instead of a stability ball chair because I honestly don’t love my stability ball chair. The ball that came with it is made for a 4-year-old (not my 6’1” self). I just bought the stability ball here and use it as my chair.
Oh, and the bike! TJ LOVES the bike! I ride him to school on it and we get stopped all the time asking where we got it…Amazon, baby! It’s so cool!
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Self-Care
Girl, you need to take care of yourself! L’Occitane en Provence is the besssst stuff from one of my fave places in the world (South of France).
Also, the sleep mask is one of the best things in the entire world. It really helps me sleep and blocks out noise and light. And the pillowcase is just something small that makes me feel a bit luxurious =)

Girl Boss Gift Guide: Anything Related to Coffee or Tea
Um, I live on coffee. Ok not really, but I loooove it. And anything having to do with coffee or cappuccinos. I am obsessed with cappuccinos! So I included two cappuccino machines, one for the budget and one mac daddy. And in an effort to not drink so much darn coffee, I sometimes drink tea. So I included a tea set too =)
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Ditto for wine (if she’s anything like me!)
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Amazing Headphones
My headphones = life! I’m using them right now! My faves are the Beats by Dre. Music always gives me more energy to both workout and stay focused on my work!
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Books
You better believe I’ve included some books here! I love to read! Here are some of my all-time favorites!
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Office Stuff
I def suggest a standing desk–otherwise, it’s so easy to be sitting ALL THE TIME hustling to get ish done! I know you! Get a standing desk so you get more movement throughout the day! And of course, I’m all about Apple everything, and the MacBook Pro is amazeballs (what I’m using now).
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Photo/Video Accessories
I’ve really upped my Youtube game this year…(my two channels are here and here) and here are some of the products I use. The camera lens is great if you’re recording in a small space and you want the camera to appear further away. And the lighting–lighting is everything! This is a super small and cheap solution to get great lighting for videos.

Girl Boss Gift Guide: Services
When you’re trying to do ALL THE THINGS, it’s so hard to actually get work done. Consider some of the following services for the girl boss.

- Child care services for a girls night or date night.
- Gift Certificate for a salon service or massage.
- A virtual assistant for her busy growing business.
- A gift card to her favorite store.
- Photoshoot
Girl Boss Gift Guide: eCourses
I was given The Copy Cure for Christmas one year…and it was such a great course! I LOVED getting this gift because I didn’t want to invest the money at the moment, but I needed the material like WOAH. So good.
The Copy Cure–Marie Forleo is amazeballs and one of my fave entrepreneurs to learn from. The Copy Cure will help you learn copywriting in a super fun way.
Pin with Purpose–Shameless plug for my own course, Pin with Purpose. In this course, I teach you how to use Pinterest to explode your traffic and your biz!
Girl Boss Gift Guide: Conference Tickets
Buying a conference ticket for someone would be an amazing gift, especially if they have been talking about it! Conferences are amazing–nothing can replace the connections you make and the impact of attending a live conference!
Here are my favorites:
Social Media Marketing World — all levels of people working online. Great learning experience if you’re in the social media space!
Unleash the Power Within–Tony Robbins has totally changed my life and the way I look at the world. His events do NOT disappoint. At UPW you literally walk on FIRE. I still talk and mastermind with the people I’ve met at his events!
Holy moly! Ok, that was a LOT. It took me forever to put together lol! Do you have anything that you would add? What do YOU want from this list??
