so they can give generously, go on missions, and fulfill God’s call on their lives, making a lasting Kingdom impact.
As Christians, we are called to be set apart — and that includes how we build our businesses. Rachel founded the Called to Build movement to equip believers with Kingdom-rooted strategies that reject hustle culture, New Age philosophy, and worldly tactics disguised as Christian advice. Through the Christian Entrepreneurs Rise Up podcast (560+ episodes), the Called to Build Academy, and private coaching, Rachel teaches entrepreneurs how to hear God’s voice in their business decisions, build scalable systems, and create generational wealth that funds their mission.
Rachel Ngom is a serial entrepreneur, podcast host, seminary student, and founder of the Called to Build movement. As the host of the Christian Entrepreneurs Rise Up podcast with over 560 episodes, she equips faith-driven entrepreneurs to build profitable, purpose-driven businesses rooted in biblical principles.
Rachel went from food stamps and a negative $400 bank balance to building a seven-figure online education company by age 34. She has lived on three continents — including Kenya, France, and Senegal — got married in Morocco, and now lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband, who operates a car rental company and large-scale egg farm in Senegal providing jobs to the local community, and trains horses at their equestrian property in Orlando.
In 2023, God called Rachel to lay down most of her million-dollar coaching business to pursue full-time ministry. Now enrolled in the Global School of Supernatural Ministry and Global Awakening Theological Seminary, she has witnessed and participated in miraculous healing and is passionate about exposing New Age influences infiltrating Christian business culture.
Through the Called to Build Academy and private coaching, Rachel helps Christian entrepreneurs create profitable businesses so they can give generously, go on missions, create real-world jobs, and fulfill God’s call on their lives.
