Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or other payment providers.
If your payment method fails or is declined, access to purchased products or services may be suspended.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access to purchased products or services. Rachel Ngom International reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rachel Ngom International is not responsible or liable for any damages you receive directly or indirectly from your use of the Site.
Your sole remedy shall be a refund of the amount paid for the applicable service or product.
