She also gives you alllll the inside info on HOW.

The Purge:
Last week Rachel gave you her 4 P’s and how they relate to building a 6 figure Business, This week Tanya give’s you 5 P’s in relation to Productivity. We know how to spoil you guys!
The first ‘P’ is all about Purging.
Let’s paint a picture…🎨
Rachel’s got a zillion things swirling in her head, from work tasks to family stuff, and it’s causing some major brain overload. We’ve all been there. Tanya comes in with her superhero cape, ready to rescue us from this chaos.
She tells Rachel to take a deep breath and grab a pen and paper – old school style! The trick is to get all those swirling thoughts out of her head and onto paper. No need to overthink it, just let it all flow. It’s a complete mind dump.
Rachel’s got her to-do list, her dreams, and even those random thoughts that popped up while brushing her teeth (hey, inspiration can strike anywhere!). With everything written down, it has cleared space in her head and made room for clarity and focus.
Now,you’ve probably heard this before, but maybe not this next part. Tanya’s got Rachel doing this purge not once, but twice! Sunday afternoons, she sits down with her family, and they all get their thoughts out on paper. And then, on Mondays, Rachel takes some time to purge with her work team. It’s like setting the tone for the week and ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
Get those thoughts out of your head and onto paper. It’s like a breath of fresh air for your brain, and it’ll make your days so much more intentional and productive. 📝
Process:
You have your morning coffee in hand, ready to tackle the day and plan out your week with military precision. But here’s the secret sauce Tanya shares- treat each day like a fresh start, a blank canvas, a brand new opportunity!
🌞 It’s like waking up to a sunny day with endless possibilities. No need to drag yesterday’s baggage along with you. Instead, take a few moments each morning to plan your day with intention. What do you want to achieve today? What are the big goals and the small wins you’re after?
📅 Tanya’s tells Rachel she prefers NOT to plan out the entire week on Monday morning. Nope, no crystal ball needed here! Life happens, curveballs come our way, and plans can go topsy-turvy in a snap. So, Tanya says, “Hey, girl, take it one day at a time!”
🧭 This way, you can adjust your sails and navigate smoothly through whatever comes her way. Monday may be all about marketing, Tuesday about team building, and Wednesday about warehouse wonders! (for example)
Tanya is sure this process sets her up for success!
She’s not overwhelmed with a never-ending to-do list for the whole week. Instead, she’s laser-focused on the present moment, making the most of each day.

Prioritize:
Next Rachel and Tanya take a closer look at the third P – Prioritize!
It’s all about cutting through the noise and zeroing in on what really counts. Imagine you’ve got this massive to-do list in front of you, filled with tasks of all shapes and sizes, pulling you in different directions.
Here comes Tanya with her magic prioritization formula! 🪄 “Alright, folks, let’s simplify this. Choose the most important tasks for today, the ones that’ll make the biggest impact and move you closer to your goals.”
🎯 Picture yourself as a top-notch archer, aiming straight for that bullseye. Those tasks that are total game-changers, the ones that make you feel like you’ve got the world in the palm of your hand? Yup, those are your top priorities!
How do you decide your Top Priorities?? We got you- Take a few minutes to rank your tasks by importance. What absolutely needs to get done today? Focus on three to five of those heavy-hitters.
No more staring at a never-ending list, feeling overwhelmed. 🗺️ You’ve got a clear roadmap for your day, my friend!
Tanys tells Rachel that once you tackle those high-priority tasks first, a sense of accomplishment starts to kick in, which starts a chain reaction – one win leads to another, and suddenly, you’re on a roll, smashing all your goals!
Don’t fret if you can’t check off everything on that list. Life is full of surprises, and sometimes, we need to adapt. Tanya’s got your back, “Be kind to yourself. It’s alright if you don’t finish everything. Tomorrow’s a brand new day!”
And here’s a little bonus tip – “If you can, tackle a couple of quick and easy tasks early on. It’ll give you a confidence boost and set the tone for an incredible day ahead!”

Protect:
Rachel is ALL about protecting your time.
Like Tanys, She is a HUGE fan of creating dedicated blocks in your calendar for specific tasks. These are like force fields around your most important activities! 🗓
You know how sometimes it feels like the whole world’s constantly trying to snatch your time away? Well, not anymore! With these time blocks in place, you’re in control! You decide when and where to focus your energy.
A pro-tip from Tanya: “Communicate your time blocks to your team, your family, your cat – anyone who might try to hijack your precious moments! Let them know, ‘Hey, during this time, I’m in my productivity zone. No disturbances allowed!’ 🚫”
You’re like a time-ninja, effortlessly deflecting distractions and staying laser-focused on your tasks. 🥷 And the best part? Your productivity skyrockets! 🚀 You accomplish more in these protected blocks than in hours of scattered, interrupted work.
If something urgent comes up, don’t worry, Tanya spills her secrets- she likes to leave some buffer time in her schedule. Life’s unpredictable, and that’s alright! Just adjust your force fields when needed.
If you want to know EXACTLY how Rachel organizes her time you can watch this free training- It’s called the 20 Hour Work Week. She breaks it down for you so you can see how she spends her time, what she focuses on, the things that actually move the needle, and then you can take that and implement that into your own business.
Propel:
This is where you become the captain of your own spaceship, charting a course for success every single day!
Tanys gives Rachel her ‘Must Do’ task that will help with all of the other ‘P’s in her essential toolkit……
Before you power down for the day, take just five minutes to make your plan for the next day. 🗒️ This little ritual will supercharge your productivity engines and give you a head start on your mission.
First, jot down what you’re grateful for. Reflect on the day’s accomplishments and wins – big or small! It’s like fuel for your motivation tank, boosting your confidence and positivity. 🔋🙏
Next, write down the key tasks you want to conquer tomorrow – your roadmap for success. Keep it short and focused, like a checklist of action items.
Write down those tasks on a piece of paper, fold it up, and leave it where you’ll see it the next day – maybe on your desk or by your morning coffee! Tomorrow morning, when you start your day, you’ll find your plan ready and waiting!
She tells Rachel that for her, this momentum trick is like setting your intentions on fire!
As you read your list in the morning, you’ll feel that surge of energy and focus. You’re already in the zone, all set to tackle the day’s challenges with confidence!
Tanya’s book, “The Joy of Missing Out,” is a valuable resource for readers seeking to achieve balance and productivity.

Reflection/Next steps
- Purge: Grab a pen and paper and do a complete mind dump. Write down all those swirling thoughts in your head, from to-do lists to dreams and random inspirations. Tanya suggests doing this twice – once with your family on Sunday and again with your work team on Monday. Get everything out of your head and onto paper for clarity and focus.
- Process: Treat each day like a fresh start! Instead of planning out your entire week on Monday, take it one day at a time. Every morning, set intentions for the day ahead. What are your big goals and small wins for today? It’s like waking up to a sunny day full of possibilities!
- Prioritize: Cut through the noise and zero in on what truly matters. Rank your tasks by importance and focus on the top three to five that will make the biggest impact. Think of yourself as an archer aiming for the bullseye. By tackling your top priorities first, you’ll create a chain reaction of accomplishment and momentum.
- Protect: Guard your time like a pro! Create dedicated blocks in your calendar for specific tasks. Communicate these time blocks to your team and loved ones, letting them know you’re in your productivity zone during those periods. It’s like setting up force fields around your most important activities.
- Propel: Before you end your day, take just five minutes to plan for the next day. Write down what you’re grateful for and the key tasks you want to conquer tomorrow. Fold up that piece of paper and leave it where you’ll see it in the morning. This little ritual will ignite your intentions and boost your confidence and focus for the day ahead.
