We know that successful people are all about maintaining their energy levels through daily habits and routines, But Rachel uncovers that also includes what they eat. Yup, you heard that right – eating for peak performance is key to achieving success.
So what do they eat, you may ask? Well, they make sure to load up on enough protein and limit carbs and pesky sugary foods. Of course, they’re not robots, they indulge in treats from time to time, but they’re strategic about it and think about how it’ll affect their energy levels for the rest of the day and prioritize accordingly!
But it’s not just about what they eat, it’s also about taking care of themselves, and that includes keeping up with good nutrition habits.
