How To Pivot Your Business Model to Create More Passive Income

On this episode I’m sharing some of my top tips for creating passive income streams into your business so you can stop trading time for money, and start living your dream business. I wanted to make this episode short and sweet, and have it be more of journal prompts that you can do. Do if you can, grab a journal and a pen, and pause this episode as I ask each question. Really take some time to write out your answers and brainstorm all of what’s possible.

1. What does your idea work schedule look like?

How many hours are you currently working per week?

How many hours a week do you want to work?

Don’t decide the business you want based on what people think you should want or have, think of what YOU want.

What does your schedule look like?

Journal out your perfect day.

From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, what do you want your day to look like?

 

2. How do you want to feel?

When you wake up to work, how do you want to feel? What emotions come up?

Do you want it to feel fun? Do you want it to feel easy? Do you want your work to feel exciting?

Journal our how you want to feel in your business.

 

3. How are you currently monetizing in your business?

What are your offers?

What are your price points?

What are your deliverables?

What income streams do you have in your business, and are those enough to support the life you’re wanting?

 

4. What does your team look like?

If you want to have a business that gives you freedom, it comes with having a team.

This keeps you from being frantic and having to do 1,000,000 things.

You shouldn’t be in charge of every single thing in your business- if you are it will keep you from growing.

 

5. How are you building your list??

Your email list is the key to freedom, and the key to passive income.

What is your current list size?

How are you building your list?

 

6. How can you take what you’re doing and package it into an evergreen offer?

If you were to package the process you’re currently doing and make it evergreen?

What can you do?

Can you package it it into an evergreen webinar?

Can you teach it as an evergreen course?

Ask yourself how you can sell what your doing but take yourself out of it to stop trading time for money.

 

7. How can you create another stream of income?

Think of how you can create another stream of income that’s complimentary.

Some passive incomes streams I love:

  • An evergreen course
  • High monthly cash flow- (group program)
  • Affiliate programs
