We are wrapping up one of our best months ever in business outside of a launch…and I wanted to share with you some of the lessons learned this month that have led to the growth we are experiencing.

5 crucial lessons from our BIGGEST month yet

1. You want better quality problems.

Problems are a sign of growth.

We currently have the problem of too many leads coming in and not enough team to talk to everyone.

I remember when we had the problem of not having enough leads to hit our goals.

Now we need to grow our team to keep up with the leads. It’s a quality problem 🤣

2. Being busy is a blessing.

We are in a busy season right now with just getting our farm started, buying a new horse, son in baseball and I’m working more than I usually do (still within school hours) but I know that this won’t last forever and that it’s 100% a blessing to be busy.

It’s really easy to tell yourself a story of how overwhelmed you are…but it’s just a simple perspective shift to see that being busy is a blessing.

3. Have a specific goal to reach with a reward.

I’ve wanted a Chanel bag forever.

But I always had a hard time justifying spending that much money on a bag 😅

I made a deal with myself that when I hit a specific goal I set for myself (which I’m about to hit!!!) that I’d get the bag.

I’m so excited 🤩

4. Invest in your growth.

I invested in a new program last month that I knew was exactly what we needed to get to the next level.

It was a BIG investment. But within 2 weeks it already paid for itself.

What’s your next level of growth? What do you need in terms of skills/resources to get there?

5. Continue to make 2mm shifts.

It’s not always about creating brand new offers, but continuing to improve upon what you already have.

Keep things simple.

As we wrap up March, do some reflecting. What worked? What didn’t? What needs to happen to reach that next level?
