Highlights From The Show: Resilience, Faith, and Business

I’m sharing my numerous physical injuries, including stress fractures, foot surgery, wrist surgery, and slipping rib syndrome (which ultimately led to my medical release from my  college volleyball team). But this isn’t really about injuries at all. The highlights of the topics we cover in this episode and the practical advice we share throughout include:

  1. Advocate for Your Health:
If you suspect a health issue, don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion or pursue different avenues of diagnosis and treatment. My  story highlights the importance of persistence in finding the right healthcare solutions.

  2. Faith and Belief:
Whether for physical or personal challenges, maintaining faith and belief in a positive outcome can be a powerful motivator. Consider incorporating practices like prayer and meditation into your daily routine to nurture your faith.

  3. Attend Inspiring Events:
To boost your faith and motivation, seek out events, conferences, or environments where you can witness inspiring stories and experiences. Surrounding yourself with positivity can have a profound impact on your outlook.

  4. Diversify Your Skills:
Don’t limit yourself to one area of expertise or interest. Like Rachel, consider exploring different skills and passions, even if they seem unrelated. This diversification can open up new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  5. Online Presence:
If you’re looking to build an online presence or brand, take inspiration from Rachel’s podcast and coaching program. Focus on creating valuable content and building a community around your expertise.

Tune into this episode and let it serve as a reminder that, in the tapestry of our lives, miracles, faith, and trust are threads that can weave extraordinary stories.
